Oenofolie no. 6: a celebratory spirit of celebration
On Thursday, 14 November 2013, Emilie Gervoson organised a pre-Christmas celebration for epicureans: a new flavoursome Oenofolie revolving around caviar, oysters and, of course, wines from the estate.
Some of the leading examples of French gastronomy were on offer at Château Larrivet Haut-Brion for the 6th Oenofolie. Emilie decided to select outstanding foods from the Aquitaine region for this special occasion.
These included two products from Arcachon Bay, Perlita caviar from L'Esturgeonnièree andoysters from Parcs de l'Impératrice, to accompany the white Pessac Léognan wines of Château Larrivet Haut-Brion. Wine enthusiasts, connoisseurs, sybarites and people who enjoy travelling of all kinds were invited to the estate to discover these three emblematic items at an unforgettable Oenofolie.
